First story floor plan

I'm interested in seeing how the first floor is structured or positioned, especially after realizing that I have the kitchen, dining, living, and master bedroom all from the same house in my favorites. Would you be able to provide a rough layout, not including measurements or anything other than room positioning? Beautiful home... Thanks.

Thank you for your question and compliment. Our homes are custom designed for each Client. For that reason and their privacy I an unable to publish or sell their floor plans.

Thanks for the reply - I understand and appreciate the privacy provided to your clients. Would it be possible to provide the ceiling height in the dining room connected to this living space? I would be interested in knowing the base height as well as the depth of the coffered ceiling. Thanks again.

You are welcome! Dining is a 10' ceiling, 1' deep coffered ceiling.
