Fruiting banana tree dying

I am new to the forum. I have had 2 banana plants with bananas forming. Both plants bananas have not grown any and are still at around 1 to 1 1/2 inch bananas. Now one of the banana plants seem to be drying up and dying. Any advice on what i should do? The other banana plants are growing huge and are extremely healthy.
