Could be blossom end rot, which means low calcium in soil or maybe poor pollination. Both can happen with excessive watering/rain.

Avoiding BER relies on adequate supplies of soil calcium (get a professional lab test) and evenly moist soil to ensure the calcium is transported to the blossom end of the fruits.

Actually it can be related to excessive watering i watered twice a day for a while but i live in 8a desert hot. How can i get a professional lab test? Who does it?

If in the USA, contact your county extension. They will have information and usually offer low-cost testing. No matter where you are, a local university with an agricultural program should be able to help you out.
