To get fine tuned advice you need to add where you are in the USA and where you are growing the orchid.

I am in Indiana and the plant is in a north facing window in my office. So it gets a sunlight, but its not directly hitting it. and building temp is always 70 to 74 degrees.

Do not repot it unless the roots are very crowded in the pot, or the mix is degraded or if you want to change the composition of the mix.

Healthy Phalaenopsis plants have roots growing all over the place. They are not for tidy-ness nuts.

If the spikes are brown, cut them off at the base. If they are still green you can cut down to a node or cut them down to the base. Your choice! Thousands of past discussions on that subject.

Will your plant re-bloom given those constant temperatures. No idea. The usual advice is that they need a slight cool down in Autumn to bloom in Spring.

I would be careful about watering as often as every 3-4 days. If they stay too wet the roots can rot.
