Accessorizing bookcases

I need help with what to put in all of these shelves from a decorative standpoint. I want a coastal eclectic RH look if that makes sense. I have no idea what to put in there. The baskets need to stay because it's my kids toys. Feel free to be brutally honest about what is in there. What to keep and not keep.
