yeah most petroleum chemicals last around a month don't matter about the water. But it's not what the internet said it's what the manual said!.... Yes you only apply this chemical at low temps because it absorbents though the leaves not the roots.

Use spot applications instead of blanket apps, I don't think there's s limit on those. I believe the blanket app limit is more of a EPA thing.

Would you guys do the broadcast now or wait a bit? I can definitely see the summer crabgrass popping up. I spot spray most but it's the damn clover that makes me broadcast

I like to kill weeds as early as possible so they don't get a chance to mature and go to seed. If there's too many weeds to handle by spot spraying then you can blanket spray, but watch for temperature restrictions on the label. Also, most herbicides warn against spraying when the grass is undergoing periods of stress.

Yeah I'm concerned about the stress. I might spot spray some of the bigger ones because I don't want them going to seed either. I'll spray the whole yard once I see it start to pick back up. My pre-m is wearing off now too so I gotta address that as well. Starting the Reno on the back yard soon too. Tons of fun

A lot of herbicides have a waiting period before seeding so if you're planning a Reno take that into account as well. Should be on the label.
