My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this rug water resistant, appropriate for covered but outdoor use?

    Yes, per the rug maker:

    The Ravella is safe for outdoor use.

    The rug is UV stabilized so it will slow
    down the fading process but with everything the better you take care of the
    product the longer it will last.
    Reducing exposure to rain and moisture
    will also help to prolong the rug life. If the rug does get wet customer should
    give it time to dry thoroughly.
