We just had our tiler install hex marble tiles today and where the sheets met there is no space between some of the hex pieces. I tried to go in and wedge in spacers but it's too late. To boot, a few of the hex tiles didn't have mortar under them and popped out. This tile and the tiler are a nightmare! I guess we should get him to remove it and start from scratch??? I can live with a bit of inconsistencies in the grout lines but I'm worried that if not all 6 edges get grout the tile will come out. What problems could occur?
