Unfortunately, I can't estimate the reliability here, but some things tend to indicate that this is a very bad test (humic matter levels below 1%, which is possible, but extremely unlikely, to name one).

I wouldn't have any confidence in any recommendations from this, so I need to err on the side of caution and not make any.

So basically the tests they ran weren't very good? I'm assuming you're telling me to get a Logan Lab test?

Here is a pic of my back yard:

Do you recommend getting two samples for this area or can I just take 15 or so samples from this whole area?

Also I just sprayed 41% glyphosate on the entire backyard, will that change my results if I send in a sample to Logan Labs?

Unfortunately, the free soil tests from extensions vary widely from good to awful. This one, I simply can't estimate how good it is, but I don't like some of what I'm seeing.

From the looks of things, near the house is very different from further away from the house (barring this facing north, where sunlight would be a major difference and account for it). If that's true, two separate samples of 15 cores each would be best.

Round Up won't have any impact on the test except, possibly, to end up bouncing the phosphorus levels a part per million or so. That's not a significant change and won't be an issue.

Okay, I appreciate it. I've got some samples from the front and the back, I checked the soil as I was sampling and the closer to the house area in the back was very similar in texture and color so I'm going to send it to Logan and see what comes back. Hopefully it'll be a better than the free one from our extension. I'll post a new thread once it comes in.

oh and my house faces southeast so I guess the back yard is North west (view from the picture)
