Beautiful plants and flowers...no tomatoes :/

I'm in SC. I planted Better Boys and Big Boys in mostly manure and some garden soil. I tended to them daily and they grew beautifully. If I had a tomato for every flower I saw I'd be canning tomatoes commercially :P I've read that extreme heat might be the problem (it's been mid 90s almost all summer) What can I do about that? Can they look very healthy and I still may not be doing something right? If there are other tips about healthy looking plants that won't bear fruit, please impart your knowledge. I'm not a very experienced gardner.
