Go online to some of the bigger companies - many let you order one piece... find 2 styles you like - order one on the bronze and one in a brushed nickel and see what you like ( or even see if there are ones at the local big box so you can return them... I recommend all my clients order a sample though if they are shopping online... you could find a wonderful handle but if it doesn't have the right shape or height off the cabinet it will be uncomfortable to use and then you won't like them anyway! The bronze will be more noticeable on the cabinets while the brushed nickel will blend in more - which look are you going for??

Thank you both! Good idea to bring some home. My cabinet guy orders through Richelieu. I like the idea of the darker pulls being sort of a punctuation, but don't want things to look too busy. I'd like to decide beforehand so the guys can do the drilling; maybe I'll settle on one style and get samples in both colors, have them drill for the shape, then order and install them after everything's in? It all happens next week!

One other consideration is that while I like the straight style, I don't want to bump into them all the time. . .so more curved is probably better given the size of the kitchen.

I love the coloring in your kitchen.. Looks likes it's going to be beautiful. Great choices. Btw I think the darker pulls would blend nicer but do sample both. Good Luck
