Ordered and paid today but according to Mr. KO, the seeds will be sent out on August 10 (weds) because of the quarantine. Looks like if we order now or before wednesday, our seeds will all be sent out on August 10. (:

I've ordered via email and paid. Waiting for response. Feeling nervous now. Hope I succeed in growing and getting flowers.

Quick thought from a beginner - do the seeds come with planting instructions??? I may need some assistance here.

I'm in a colder climate than you, but this is how I grow them:

Small pots (2.5" diameter) with a cactus soil and perlite mix (50/50).

I soak the seeds in warm water for 2-3 hours. Moisten the medium, then place the seeds on top, gently pressing them in, but I don't cover the seeds. Give a spray mist, then I continue doing that every morning and evening. I keep the little pots in a covered, heated propagator indoors on the window cill. Once they have one or two sets of true leaves, I transplant them individually into same size pots.

I have bought well over 200 seeds from Mr Ko in the last 6 weeks, and have over 95% germination success.

I sent a note off to Ko this morning to let him know that we as a group are buying seeds of this hybrid, but have to buy all separately rather than in one lot. Probably does not help that I asked him in an early email whether he had 120 seeds of this hybrid and he sent a note with price and to say yes, then he starts getting all these emails requesting the same hybrid. "Like the Stock Market" probably got him wondering?

I was not sure if you responded to him?

I e-mailed him some time last night and have not heard back yet. I guess he was caught off-guard by the amount of people contacting him for that specific cross. hehe.
