My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A few new pictures

A plain ole trifasciata blooming, along with Patens and Eve. On the far right some leaves I started in water. Moved them to soil a while back.

Plant at the bottom is the one I rescued a few months ago. It was labeled Hybrid Ayo, but we sort of decided it is Aubrytiana. Also known as Jaboa. Anyway it is putting out pups and growing like crazy. I coulnted 17 new leaves coming up

    Yes, I had to repot him. He blew over in a storm and now looks so shaggy poor baby. I count 4 new pups coming.
