I'm in Texas .... this popped up a week or two ago. These pictures were taken today; it's 8 inches tall.

The leaves have a slightly fuzzy texture, not soft like lamb's ear, but a bit rougher. In Pic 2, I'm pulling it to the side to show stems. (That's an Esperanza in the pot.)

It's probably something really obvious, but I'm stumped. Never seen it in my yard before.
