I would start by finding an inspirational art piece.

What kind of style are you going for? I think you could do a modern eclectic look with your current table just depends what you like.

I think the table would be beautiful stained espresso color and if you buy new chairs a solid parsons chair (Or even a bold print) would be beautiful! I would hang 3 equal side framed art/B/W portraits centered in that long wall then I would go overboard on a really fun, funky, cool light fixture!

My style is modern and contemporay I also like hollywood glam but I dont think it would work in the dinning room area. I was thinking about adding some mirrors I have to the wall opposite of the window ( picture 2). I'm looking for a chandelier with some bling and a wow factor. I'm not sure what color wood compliment the wall color.

I like those mirrors but I would arrange them (are they 4 separate?) so they make a rectangle on the wall not square.

I like the current tone of your table and I think a lighter chair like in the pics above would work. Or if you want you could do a patterned chair.

I like your mirrors, painting your table espresso and Simpson's chandelier and ideas. I like Barnhart's curtains and chairs but not a fan of that horse print. Love the wall color!

And I agree that a different window treatment will work wonders too.
I'd add the mirrors, paintings, new curtains/blinds, perhaps fabric chairs, perhaps a sideboard or console table, fab chandelier and then decide whether to stain the table. If I were you.

What's the wall colour? Is it dark grey or blue?

The color is Benjamin Moore Hamilton Blue. The mirrors are 4 individual mirrors. Thanks for all the wonderful advice

Hello, I agree with Room Service all very good suggestions only I would modify the following drapery in silk possibly a strip to tie in with the wall. Add bench seating on both sides of the table to create an airy feeling with a complimentary fabric with or without two end chairs. Yes the espresso would pop against the current colors on your walls and you could also do the bench seating legs same as the table stain. The light fixture could be long and rectangular and have enough weight to carry the espresso table but airy. Art work for sure blk and wht with possible silver frame, rug soft low pile and light pattern if any. Add a center piece on the table with some greenery keep it simple and repeat it a couple of times. Otherwise the room is already beautiful to start with. Good Luck!

I love your table, chairs and wall colour. Do agree that you need a blingy, substantial light fixture and some colourful art. Would paint the ceiling a tone closer to the wall colour, window covering could be shimmering silver. Love the mirrors. Am not a big fan of dining room rugs. They are harder to clean and it is difficult to get the size right. I wouldn't change the table colour or the chairs, but would add a couple of end chairs, perhaps in white or a pattern that picks up or complements your colours (Home Sense has some great stuff). You have a beautiful room.
