Remove the lattice from the carport, photo it again and we'll make suggestions for it. Can the little bay window be exchanged for French doors or is it in a kitchen? It certainly doesn't need shutters. Larger light fixture, more up to date door with a full glass storm. Darker roof would be better, but I'd leave the brick as is. Remove all the shrubbery and get a local nursery to help you plan new beds and plantings over the next two planting seasons. Add a new walkway that leads one through the larger new beds.

Thanks for the feedback. The bay window is in a living room. I always see the 'remove the shutters' advice and I tend to agree. Its amazing, I bet 95%+ of the houses in this neighborhood have shutters.
