Looks like a seedling tree.

If you keep it, it needs to be moved away from the structure.

If this is a plant you do not want growing where you do not want it growing it is a "weed". It looks somewhat like a Mimosa tree.

Looks like Albizia julibrissin, aka 'Mimosa'. An invasive species in parts of the US.

Whether or not it is a weed would depend on your location. No woody entity is appropriate that close to the house.

It's a Mimosa TREE (one of my favorites) and definitely too close to the house. Get it out before it does any damage.
