I'll make it quick...I've sleep since the last time I did seeds. Basically to start them. I soaked in water and placed them on a wet paper towel and then another wet paper towel on top. All of that is on a heating mat on my kitchen counter.

Do I keep the seeds wet or near a window...no heat light comes in the window.

I feel like I'm missing something.
