My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Always something in bloom

Most of my roses are without blooms right now but still, there's always something...

Awakening (aka Probuzeni, sport of New Dawn). Deer ate most of the buds but a few survived.


Big Apple (J&P/Barni 2003). This is one of my favourite hybrid teas with great fragrance but it is unfortunately susceptible to powdery mildew.


Charlotte de Turckheim (Guillot 2015). One of the latest Generosa roses from Guillot. Healthy and floriferous in her first year. Good fragrance too.


Emilien Guillot (Massad/Guillot 1997).


This is supposed to be Prix P.J. Redouté (Guillot 2010) but I think it's been mislabeled.
