It has been years since I grew them, but since no one has responded...

I harvested the pods when they first turned yellow, but before the seeds began to bulge. They were quite long at that point, some up to 11". The tender stage does not last long, so I recommend picking daily... or picking while still slightly green. The pods are delicious either raw or lightly cooked, but they freeze poorly. I never tried cooking the seeds.

Goldmarie is a very early variety, not sure why I stopped growing it. I've been growing heirloom pole wax beans instead (BB Wax this year).
