I am trying to replicate this bathroom in a new construction home. It is a small guest bathroom with no natural lighting, but will have recessed lighting as well as the vanity light so I think it'll be okay.

I would like to know either the exact or similar versions of the following:

1) Natural/grey color on the walls

2) Vanity lighting

3) Wall-mount faucet

4) Quartz countertop that would closely resemble concrete

5) Black slate backsplash

6) Shower tile that would resemble grey stone/concrete

Any other tips/recommendations are appreciated!!
