I am going to be downsizing in the next couple of years and getting my house ready for resale. Replacing my vinyl kitchen floor is a must but I am having a difficult time deciding between 2 colors of tile. Most of my house colors are a neutral gray. I have narrowed in on a beige that compliments the kitchen wallpaper, or a grey tone. Both look good but when dealing with resale, the beige may be more inviting than the grey. Do I put down what I really like, or go with what may sell the house faster when it comes time to move? I know the choice is mine but I would like advice from others. Thank you!
