Marazzi makes some very nice ones. Home depot has a Marazzi line. But the names are different than on the Marazzi site. Not sure if they make a special lower quality for home depot. Home depot is great place to see lots of customer images and narrow down the look you like. One customer went through and figured that there were 20 different planks. Which I think sold us. We are more than likely going with Marazzi. But will buy it local for a little more to ensure the same dye lot.

Thumbs up for the home depot Marazzi. The photo quality of the print is great and the repeat, as mentioned, is minimal and the price can't be beat. Lowe's has some great ones, too. I'm also very happy with stone peak crate colonial white. Again, great photo quality, little repetition. That one was more but still reasonable. You can buy it online; different suppliers have a different minimum sqft requirement. That's set by the supplier, I think to avoid competition, giving each vendor a different niche. The more sqft you need, the cheaper you'll find it.

Style Selections from Lowes. Ours is natural timber chestnut (or something along those lines). Planks are 8x48 and repeat pattern is great. We did our mudroom as a test great to see if we liked it before committing to our entire bottom level, which we have decided to move forward with. Reviews are glowing online and having had mine installed for about a month now I can add to the positive reviews, it's amazing! We are so happy with it. We didn't really have to work within a budget for our flooring, and after researching solid hardwood, engineered hardwood and this wood look tile we ended up with the tile.

Season, what did you use for grout - specifically? We did the same tile in our home and used a chocolate colored grout that turned out light gray somehow, ruining the wood floor look. Next house, we did a light gray wood look and had a tile professional install, warning him of our concerns, and the same thing happened. The grout looks white instead of gray and ruined the look. We are building a new home with 2200 sq ft of tile and so afraid this will happen again. We are going to have a plan in place with contractor to prevent this and I am bringing over a bunch of distilled water to mix grout with. That's why I am asking since your's turned out great and was what we thought we were getting.

Could you have them do a sample board well in advance? Seems like a reasonable request when it's such a large contract. If you have your tile selected now, seems like you could do it and see how it weathers. You might also prefer the grout to be slightly darker than the tile since the line would be mimicking a shadow line between real planks of wood.

Lakelovin, I have read so many stories of people's grout turning out much lighter that it should. It really freaked me out, so after lots of testing, we ended up with a pre-mix Custom Fusion-Pro charcoal #60. It's in a plastic tub. It doesn't look charcoal to me, more of a black brown. It matches the dark grain perfectly. We are very happy with it.

We just had our floor done with Casa DeDolce's Wooden Almond. The photos they show on their website have a lot of contrast but that isn't the way it looks when done.....it looks like a French White Oak floor....gorgeous!!! They have darker colors. The tiles are rectified so they can be laid very close together. They have darker options and the planks are approx. 71/2"x48".
