I downloaded a graph, then I open it in Paint. It's easy to draw little
boxes, then capture and move them around. I like the one square/6"
scale, because it's easier to get closer to the sizes of cabinets and
appliances.

So, here is a plan, based on your graph--door and
window placement might need to be adjusted. I drew it with posts and a
beam, making the base cabinets 6" deeper, since you have the floor
space, and that gives you more counter space in front of the post
supporting the new beam. The boxes in front of the posts are shallower
than standard cabinets, so would need to be custom made, or maybe you
can find a cabinet line that includes 15-18" deep base cabinets.
You could also use 15-18" deep upper cabinets in those slots, and build
your own toekick.

The fridge/oven and seating can be flipped, to get the fridge closer to the sink. then dishes would need to be stored in uppers on each side of the window:

If you can post a whole house plan with all rooms labeled, you'll probably get more responses.

The top of the photo is north so the front door and living room are to the east, family room faces west. There are lots of patios and Windows/sliding doors off the family room. You can see the line where the old house ended and the addition begins. We plan to put our dining table in the family room west of the kitchen, not the area that says dining room.

Are you planning on a gas stove or induction? If it's gas, it might be harder to move like in mama's plan.

Unless I'm missing somethings the gas stove top will stay in the same location. It's just the electric oven that is moving around. :)
