My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No since we build primarliy in NY. I would prefer to get into details about the purchase process over a phone call as there are many parts to discuss; such as redesigning the plans to California code, slight customization of the floor plans, etc...

    I look this house I live Toronto which has similar climate to NYC
    I like the outside look but I don't know how many rooms etc so it would be great to get a breakdown
