SOD HELP!!!

We had new sod laid last Friday (7/29). Know it is not at all ideal to lay sod during the hot summer but we had concrete work done that ended up taking out almost our entire front yard so didn't have much choice :(. We've followed the supplier and the landscaper's advice to a T when it comes to watering. 3 long, deep watering sessions a day at about 7a, 1p, 4p. Our lawn is so moist you can see a footprint when you step on it, so we know that watering isn't the issue...BUT a ton of it is brown brown brown and a lot of it is also flat - looks like someone ran over it. Help!!! The landscaper is being no help, just "follow the instructions we gave you and keep up with proper watering". See photos attached. In some areas it is actually looking really good - growing tall and green. But others, UGH. We are in Cincinnati, OH if that helps from a weather standpoint. Our lawn is very small - 30x30, so watering more isn't that much of a challenge if it needs to be done...just afraid at this point it is way overwatered...
