Tomato die-off

After a hot May and and cold June my tomatoes have started to die off. I've harvested some huge heirlooms, but then started to get foliage shriveling and bud drop. I thought it might be over-watering in the cold Tacoma, WA June and changed that. The plants are well nourished with tomato fertilizer. At first, only a few started to look distressed, but now even the grafted plants are struggling. They'll be dead soon. I need a strategy for next season.
