Fig Trees recommended for zone 9a - for large containers??

I'm looking to start some bare root fig trees this winter in zone 9a (North-Central California where summers can get 106-108) and am looking for some recommendations. They will be going into 25 gallon containers eventually. I already have Black Mission and Battaglia. Thanks to ALL for recommendations. I'm looking to get around 6 varieties.
