I'm a veggie gardener but I promised my daughter to supply all the flowers for her Sept 3rd wedding. We had a little hurricane here and most of the zinnias, dahlias and cosmos were flattened to the ground. I propped them all up with stakes but they're very top heavy. CAN I PRUNE THESE ALL BACK HARD... LIKE DOWN TO 12" AND STILL HAVE A LOT OF FLOWERS FOR SEPT 3RD? NEED ADVICE FAST! OR... WHAT SHOULD I DO? THANK YOU!
