Actually it is fairly common with beefsteak varieties and the plant and fruit cope with it well and continue to do fine. If your support structure allows for a careful sling support of the fruit, fine. But no intervention is usually needed.

Kinda looks strange with a bend in it though.........

I usually tie it up in a sling if I catch it, but there have been trusses that I didn't notice were bent that ended up maturing just fine. Tomatoes seem to have very robust and flexible vascular systems.

Just yesterday I saw few ones like that in my garden. No problems. They will get what they need from the vine. Also there were / are a lot of branches bent almost 90 deg by draping. They too carry on.
