We are building a guest house that has a small kitchen peninsula where we will put pendant lights. We originally told the electrician to wire for 2 lights (I envisioned two large lantern-style pendants) but they wired for 3 instead. The peninsula is 126" x 36". What is the general rule of thumb for spacing/size of the lights? Would you do 2 larger or 3 smaller lights?
