There shouldn't be enough difference in warming drawers for hate or love for a particular brand. The biggest difference in models is whether there's a digital control with a temperature gauge, automatic shut-off and Sabbath mode. They don't work any better or worse than the simple ones that just have on/off and lo/med/high. The other big options are a moisture vent, which is a lever that opens slots for steam to escape if you want, and whether it'll take a cabinet panel if you'd rather it look like your drawers than your ovens.

Some people forget the food in the warming drawer until it starts to smell, so an exterior light is essential. Or you can set a timer to remind you to turn it off.

KitchenAid/Jenn-Air have a specific setting for slow cooking. You don't need that, but then you need to figure out your temperatures.

The other thing to check is the temperature spread. Some go down as low as 85° F. for plate warming and proofing. Some only go to 120°. Some top out below 200°, while a few go to 240°. You can find the temperature spread for the simple ones without labelled temperatures as well as those with digital readouts.

For some people, being able to hold a large pizza box is essential. For others, being able to hold pot X with the lid on is more important. Many have a shelf so you can do multiple layers, and you can improvise one if you like a unit that doesn't have a shelf.

People sometimes hate the location, or the rotting food they forget, or when things don't fit, but a warming drawer is a really simple thing as as far as I know they all work right.

Thanks for all the info. Mine was the bottom of my Jenn-Air and it just hada high and low setting. I'll look to see what all the Bosch offers.
