Hi Donna,

Manufacturer warrants the mirrors, cabinet, faucet finishes and fittings to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year. Design Element will,
at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where they optional inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the
warrantee periods. Please note that the manufacturer is not responsible for installation or
removal costs.

As for returns, if the item arrives damaged, there is hidden damage, or there is a defect upon installation, we will have the parts replaced, provided everything is reported with in a timely manner.

Upon delivery, you are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the vanity unit prior to signing off on the BOL. If there is damage to the unit, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We will have a replacement unit sent out asap. Signing off on the BOL w/o inspection could void any claims.
