I think you could paint them white with the rest of the house, but use a darker trim color on the windows so the focus is the windows and door - use a warm color. Those end accents may be easy to remove though- it looks like they may be just set on top of the stucco. I would check with a contractor, because if you can remove them you would want to do it before you paint.

And then paint the columns white as well? Also- we had a contractor check the trim and unfortunately, it was part of the original built and is actually concrete. Crazy, I know.

HI -- Your house has Roman details with the corners having :Quoins { coins} and the columns . You can paint the house all white but I think it would look a little bland . You could have a faux stone or a cladding stone applied over the Quoins . I think you need two shades of white for detail . Maybe a bone white on the main body and then the Decorators White on all the details such as the corners and columns and window trim . Get some consulting time with an interior designer or an Architect or a colorist .

Very much agree with previous comment - in terms of color scheme suggested, and advice re: consults. I would add that I think the existing detailing lends interest to your house.
