Yes can someone tell us about these beautiful counter tops?

It could be a couple of things...it could be marble, and if it is I'd say it looks like Calcutta Gold because of the lack of grey tones. But marble in a kitchen can be problematic. It could be a quartzite, which is a natural stone that's sold alongside granites at slab yards. Quartzite is pricey, and each piece is pretty unique, so there's no way to tell you the color of quartzite you should ask for. It's also really possible that this is a marble-looking quartz product. (aka 'silestone', though that's just a brand name) Check out a few of the nicer brands of Quartz: Cambria, Caesarstone, and yes, Silestone. Hope that helps!

They sell epoxy kits that can imitate marble and granite countertops for a fraction of the cost. They have installers but DIYers can do it pretty easily!

This looks like Daltile's One Quartz NQ06 Calacatta.

Porcelain withstands as much heat as granite and doesn't need sealing. Quartzite and Quartz are both susceptible to hot pots being placed on them. Quartzite stains badly as well.
