My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I would like to know what's included when you say 3 pieces
- 1 chair, 1 ottoman and 1 table
- 2 chairs with ottoman and 1 table

    Chair and ottoman is considered as 1 lounge, so the 3 pcs is 2 lounges and 1 end table, total pieces on the set are 5.

    I have this delivered last week but am missing the 2 ottomans. I left a vm message as well as an email request. Have not yet had a response. Thanks
