My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks! We think they are Benjamin Moore colors. Try Fine Linen and Kendall Charcoal.

    The exterior wall and trim color is a custom formula, made by Benjamin Moore Paints, with 4.5 parts Oxide Yellow, and 13 parts gray pigments.

    Kendall Charcoal is a lovely, deeper gray by Benjamin Moore Paints, but the shutters here are in a lighter gray selected by the owner.

    Thanks for that specific information about the paint colors! I have been pouring over the hundreds of options for creamy/grey white for my farmhouse, and this one is perfect! Is that formula specific enough for me to take it in and have the white duplicated? Thanks so much for your help.

    Yes. That is specific enough regarding pigments to recreate the Regal Select high build exterior wall color. Also, I am told the shutters are color matched to CSP-120 by Benjamin Moore.
