My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Good evening,
What are the dimensions of the sofa vs the chaise? The measurements listed did not appear to be accurate as one side seems shorter than the other. Thanks!

    The Lexington 2 Piece Sectional is one of our most popular styles (Great pick!) because of its trendy, yet timeless look.

    In terms of the dimensions, the sofa portion is 82" wide. The chaise portion is 37" wide and 88" deep giving this piece overall dimensions of 119"w x 88"d.

    At 82", the sofa can comfortably sit 3-4 people and at 88" deep, the chaise offers plenty of room to comfortably lounge and relax :)
