My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These walls are hand plastered not painted. The look is not rustic because the craftsmen in Santa Fe who plastered this home were very skilled and precise. Although not "rustic" there is a color depth with the natural pigments that make the finish very rich and pleasing to the eye.
