Swap out interior glass block window?

We are doing some mini updates on our Florida townhome. The main floor powder room is very small - think toilet and corner sink. About as small as you can get. No windows, as it's in the center of the floor plan. The previous owners installed a small glass block "window" around 2'x3', to let in some light from the condo into the bathroom. It's old school 80s glass block, a little frosted so as to provide privacy. Our condo style is otherwise "warm Florida modern" (I made that term up - but trying to convey that it's definitely a very modern condo, but not too cold). Any ideas with something we could swap the bricks out with? Or just drywall over?
