If they are starting to change color then they aren't going to grow bigger. The small size is due to other environmental variables.

I often have both large and small (ripe) maters on the same plant. It is kind of cool...and it makes me appreciate the big dogs.

The ONLY variety that in my garden produces almost uniform size tomatoes is Willamette , so far. That is saladett size.
