My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    i trust you signed the release of liability form required prior to viewing the image?
    clearly this design is not for alcoholics or sleepwalkers. in general, if you stay close the wall and have mastered walking up and down stairs you will probably survive.

      Reminds of a B and B I stayed at in Alberta. A small suspended staircase all the way to the ceiling and the king-sized bed hanging from giant chains under a skylight! (vaulted ceiling of course!)

      Inset drawers in the base would be great use of space and add storage. Just a thought. This is one great design. Love the floating stairs!
