Any ideas as to what this is?

Good afternoon, I have a few seedlings with leaves that look like this. I have checked with a magnifying glass and cannot see any insects, there are no webs. I am growing indoors under lights and have a fan running 24/7. Any and all ideas, suggestions welcome.

    I would have said RSM damage for the silvering on that leaf, but as you said there's no spider mites or webbing that puzzles me. As for that blistery blob that's even more if a query. If it were my plant I would snip that leaf off, dab the sap with a tissue till it stops, and let the remaining stub dry out till it falls of naturally. Then keep a close eye on it...the plant, not the funny leaf or the stub :-)
