deck tiles?

Which deck tiles are those that serve as stepping stones? Are they placed directly on the gravel? Do they stay in place well? Interested in a similar look for a path over gravel to a deck.

    These are the 24x24 Ipe Anti-Slip Deck tiles. The homeowner decided to go for the anti slip design because of the shampoo and soap that could lead to a slippery surface. The tiles are very heavy and do stay in place on top of the gravel.
