My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is the first blooming of this lovely. Right now the plant is 7 inches tall. The flower is 4.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall. The flower had a bit of trouble with one petal getting tucked between the lip and the column. Hopefully, it was just an issue with humidity.

I am looking forward to seeing it progress as it matures.
