Bought this variegated leaf fig plant after talking to owner on phone of Asiatica Nursery 6-8 years ago to learn about it and its care as it was expensive and came to me as a 6 inch stick bare root in winter time.

They went out of business around 2010.

It makes lovely leaves and to keep its variegation is simple for those that know how

as i learned from owner otherwise it will eventually revert to all green as i have read on various forums.

The fruit is ok not my favorite and can split and sour if too much rain at wrong time.

Here is how the fruit looks and will lose fruit striping and turn into a dark type fig

unlike panache fig cultivar.
