Help choosing coordinating door casing

I'm remodeling a bonus room and can't find the door casing that matches the rest of my house. I'm working with this 6" base and need suggestions for coordinating casing... the options are overwhelming! I want simple clean lines and approximately 3-1/2" wide. Thanks in advance for your profile suggestions!
