I wouldn't change the chandeliers or the scones. I would change out that wall art to something else ... that is too modern for that room. I would remove that faux fur from the bench. I would remove those two little stands in the corners. I would get a longer curtain rod and beef up those panels by hanging additional ones further away from the actual windows (ie, over the walls themselves). I would remove all of those candlesticks and decorate the top of the table.

I chose this for my next home. I wanted glam Hollywood. I actually wanted my chandeliers to look like jewelry. They have a whole family that looks like this. Sconces too. This is my next dining room chandelier the long one. And the other is my entrance. And the dining room can be seen in entrance. And the sconce is here too. Hope the lights below reflect classic/modern/industrial and make sure the sconces are on the larger size so they balance with your art. I like dark metal with your paint color/railing and table base and a rectangle shape with some weight might work best with your table. I would also remove items in both corners.
