That is a lot of doors!

Long thin rooms are usually best handled as two functional areas, so in your case a TV watching zone and another sitting (or game-playing, or eating, or whatever) area.

YOu need a console table under the mirror by the door (for empty space reasons and for entry functionality -- bowl for keys, basket for boots, or whatever). Then couch about where you have it (although I'd be tempted to try the TV lower to the right of the fireplace, rather than above), with an arm chair on the wall near the fireplace (under the clock/dish, not right on hearth). I like what you have going at the far end, or a narrow table with chairs (for homework, games, or other things) could be there too. Tough setup!

This room is so challenging I was afraid to even try. Can you draw a simple plan showing dimensions and the doorways. Sometimes seeing the bird's eye view create more ideas than the photos.
If there were a way to put the couch on the wall where the two chairs are and have the TV on a swivel mount, but to the right of the fireplace, lower, than it could give you some other options.
