My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What kind of trees are used for privacy in this space? Do they have issues with the leaves getting into the pool in the Fall?

    The trees shown are Savannah Holly - I think they are one of the best to use in a space like this. They are evergreen so the leaves are not a problem.
